AceUCAT is built and taught by Isaac, who scored 2440 (98th percentile, top 2%) with a perfect 900 in Quantitative Reasoning. Every lesson, mock review and 1-to-1 comes from the exact approach that got him there: no theory from people who never sat the exam.

The methods behind the score.

VR

Verbal Reasoning

The 3-step method: a brief read, then pre-select using five considerations (author’s contention versus reported opinion, absolute versus hedged language, common sense, prior knowledge, and past versus future), and a keyword scan only if you’re still unsure. About 30 seconds a question.

DM

Decision Making

Minimum-overlap Venn diagrams for syllogisms, defaulting to No unless a conclusion is forced. For evaluating arguments, the strongest one has to address both the problem and the solution.

QR

Quantitative Reasoning

The percentage ladder built from 10%, 5%, 1% and 25% base moves, sequential percentages applied one after another rather than summed, and a fast mental-maths toolkit for reading tables under time.
